Vincent Rendon
Vincent Rendon serves as Director of Industrial Cyber Workforce Programs at CyManII, where he leads the strategic development and execution of workforce initiatives that strengthen the nation’s industrial cybersecurity talent pipeline. In this role, Rendon oversees the design, implementation and expansion of education and training programs that prepare professionals, students, manufacturers and critical infrastructure organizations to address evolving operational technology (OT) cybersecurity challenges.
With nearly two decades of experience spanning information technology, cybersecurity, manufacturing, project management and workforce development, Rendon brings a unique combination of technical expertise and program leadership. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with expertise in operational technology (OT), industrial control systems (ICS), cybersecurity program management, curriculum development and industry collaboration.
Passionate about developing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals, Rendon works closely with government, academia and industry partners to create innovative, practical learning experiences that strengthen the resilience of America’s critical infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.
