Rose Todd
Rose Todd serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Cybersecurity Manufacturing Innovation Institute (CyManII), a Department of Energy-funded cybersecurity institute, where she provides executive oversight of business operations, budget management, organizational governance, compliance and day-to-day business and staff operations. She is recognized for aligning strategic objectives with federal requirements and fostering collaborative partnerships among executive leadership, government agencies, academia and industry.
Prior to joining CyManII, Todd served in the U.S. government, supporting sensitive national security missions through operational assignments in multiple countries. She brings extensive expertise in human intelligence (HUMINT), operational planning, risk management and clandestine operations in mission-critical and high-threat environments. Her work focused on counterterrorism, counterintelligence, transnational threats, telecommunications and cyber operations. Throughout her government service, Todd supported operational initiatives for U.S. Special Operations components, federal law enforcement agencies and the U.S. intelligence community.
