Neal Guentzel
Neal Guentzel is the Contract Negotiator at CyManII, where he leads the development and execution of agreements that enable CyManII and its members to collaborate in strengthening the nation’s manufacturing cybersecurity ecosystem. He works closely with industry, academic and government partners to support research and workforce development goals while ensuring compliance with funding agreements.
Before joining CyManII, Guentzel spent more than 10 years managing UT San Antonio technology and intellectual property initiatives. He has extensive experience in research administration and intellectual property management. Guentzel earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in biotechnology from UT San Antonio, as well as a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
